Terms and Conditions

1. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the system or other users' data
• Use the Service to generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content

2. Authentication

We use Clerk for authentication, including OAuth login via Google and GitHub. By signing in, you agree to comply with their respective terms and policies.

We do not manage or store your authentication credentials directly.

3. User Content

Our Service allows you to generate and store prompts ("User Content").

• You retain ownership of your content
• You grant us a limited license to store and display your prompts solely for providing the Service
• You are responsible for the content you generate and store

4. Data Storage

We only store:

• Prompts generated by users

We do not store:

• Passwords
• Sensitive personal data
• OAuth account credentials

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Access to the Service requires a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Subscriptions are billed on a monthly ($5/month) or yearly ($50/year) basis
• Usage is limited to 50 prompt generations per day
• You may cancel your subscription at any time, but cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds are provided for the current billing period upon cancellation

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
